Elofic Catalogue Application
- The Elofic Product Catalogue App is designed exclusively for customers, distributors, retailers, and partners to access detailed information about Elofic filters, lubricants, and related products.
- Users need to download the app from the Google Play Store / Apple App Store to explore the product catalogue, view specifications, and stay updated with new launches.
- To enhance user experience and provide personalised support, users may be required to share basic details within the app.
- Users shall download the app and complete their registration by submitting the following information:
- Name of the user.
- Contact details, including mobile number (used as the primary identifier)
- All user data collected through the Elofic Product Catalogue App will be stored in encrypted form for enhanced security.
- Users cannot delete their data but may update or amend their information as required.
- All user data on the Elofic Product Catalogue App is confidential and will not be shared with any third party under any circumstances, except where required by law.
Nishtha/Saathi Loyality Scheme
1. Nishtha / Saathi is a Loyalty scheme exclusive for retailers/dealers buying Elofic filters / lubes from authorised stockists of Elofic
2. Retailers need to download the app from Play Store to avail the benefits and track their points of the scheme through this app.
3. The dealers are required to share their details to establish their identity and avail benefits of the scheme by receiving gifts at their stated address.
4. Retailers /Dealers shall download the app from Play store and complete their registration by submitting following details:
- Name of the Partner/Prop./Manager of the firm who is the authorised contact person.
- Name and address of the firm
- Address and Id proof i.e. GST Registration/Shop &Establishment number/Visiting Card /Aadhar card/Pan Card /Invoice Photo Copy
- Photo of Front Facia of Shop
- Mobile number as Key identification.
5. Data will be stored in encrypted form.
6. User cannot delete his data but can amend the same.
7. All the Retailer/Dealer data available for Nishtha / Saathi App is confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
